Jerry Bui is Senior Vice President of Digital Forensics at Purpose Legal and a nationally recognized digital forensics expert, investigator, and testifying expert witness with more than 20 years of experience. He has testified in more than 30 state and federal court cases and international arbitration matters involving digital evidence, cloud platforms, metadata, trade secrets, and investigative procedures. Jerry has held leadership positions at FTI Consulting, Lighthouse, PwC, Ernst & Young, KPMG, and other leading consulting firms, and is the former Founder and CEO of Right Forensics. He is an advisor to INTERPOL's Metaverse and Synthetic Media Expert Groups and is a frequent speaker on digital forensics, AI, deepfakes, cybersecurity, investigations, and emerging technologies. Jerry is known for translating complex technical issues into practical, defensible solutions for legal and corporate audiences.
